Does League Manager do Official USGA® handicapping?
No. Our league software does handicapping...but it's designed to do handicapping within the concept of running a golf league. Most leagues only post scores shot within the league to affect league handicaps, points, stats, etc. They do not want scores posted that were shot outside the league to affect league stats.
USGA® requires that ALL full or partial scores a golfer shoots (regardless of where played) be posted for handicapping and uses additional algorithms to calculate handicaps.
